We can design and produce just about anything, so please contact us with your project if you don't see it listed as a service. We have a minimum of 24 for screen printed items (t-shirts, hoodies, etc), and most our promotional items like stickers, pens, koozies, etc. have a minimum count of at least 100.

That's fine! However, keep in mind that this will cause delays in our standard turn time. Please take the time to gather your order's information (sizes, colors, specs) ahead of time before ordering. We would like you to email or place your order online at order.tour-city.com. That way we can process your order and get back to you within a 24 hour window. If your artwork is not "print ready," we'll need to edit it, or create it from scratch, which will take a while going back and forth until it's all set. We don't want to scare you off, but after doing this for over a decade, we know how difficult it is to read your mind, so when you come to us with an order, but don't know how many you want, or what colors you want, or what sizes you need to order... it's going to take a while to actually get things going.
What is your turnaround time?
If you visit each service’s page, you’ll see the turnaround time for each product. Turnaround time begins after we recieve your deposit and proof approval and is quoted in working business days. Weekends, holidays and shipping transit times are not included. Although we make every possible effort to turn jobs around in the estimated times offered, your job may require more time due to unforeseeable or uncontrollable circumstances or finishing services added onto the job. We will not credit customers if a job runs past the estimated turnaround time. Turnaround times are an estimate, not a guarantee.
How do you take payment?
We accept all major credit cards, checks, money orders or cash which you may drop off at our office. We also accept paypal payments to email@example.com. We charge a 3.5% processing fee on all credit card or paypal transaction. This will not appear on your invoice, but will be seen on your receipt.
Do you require a deposit?
We require a 100% deposit with any additional charges (add-ons, shipping, tax) due upon completion for all printing services and projects. You will be notified ahead of time before any credit cards, or payments are charged. We do not offer terms.
Can you do just 1 shirt for me? Can you do this really weird custom job?
No. Our facilities are set up to perform our "standard jobs" in a convenient, quick, and costly manner. Any job that can be described as "custom" or that strays from our normal services or job descriptions we have listed online, will cause delays in our other jobs, and that's not something we are willing to accomdate for our customers. Think of McDonalds. They have a full service kitchen at each location, but you can't order custom sandwiches. It would cost them time, and money, and in order to run smoothly, the business has to stick to their most convenient and profitable services. All of this will be brought to your attention before we go ahead with your order.
